  • Account details: name, email, phone, profile photo (optional).
  • Profile & credentials: availability, skills, references, certificates you choose to upload.
  • Usage & messaging: messages between users, timestamps, and basic activity logs to prevent abuse.
  • Payments: billing details are handled by our payment partner — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Why we use your data

We use your data to match, verify, protect and support the community. This includes matching families to carers, enabling secure messaging and responding to requests and complaints.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and to analyze site performance. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting the service.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with payment processors, verification providers and essential service partners under strict contracts.
